The Bassan Mid-Pipe adapters are key component of the overall exhaust system that Bassani manufactures for the Mustang. Its job is to improve performance and to create an exhaust note that is unique to the Bassani X-pipe. Performance improvements are achieve by Bassani's unique X-crossover, which features smooth transitions for minimal flow interruption.
SS Mid-pipe adapters features:
- 3" dia. tube, Mid-pipe with metallic substrate catalytic converters. Bolts directly up to Stock Manifolds, and part 5407R5, does not include offroad delete tubes.
- Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.
- Offorad delete tubes can not be installed with this pipe like the 5 pc. modular pipes for the 4.6L versions
