PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
These new Hurst Billet Comp/Plus short throw shifters are now available for the 2005-08 Mustang GT equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Engineered for more positive and precise gear changes, these shifters reduce knob travel by 40 percent for a shorter throw, allowing for quicker shifts. They are constructed of precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum and use an I-beam rail design for ultimate strength.
Urethane bushings and rear mount to eliminate shifter rail flex
Designed for direct bolt-in installation, eliminating the need for any modifications
Adjustable positive gear stops to help prevent internal transmission damage
Low-friction spherical bearing to reduce stick drag for smoother shifting
