The Bassani X-pipe is a very important component of the overall exhaust system that Bassani manufactures for the Mustang! Its job is to improve performance and to create the exotic exhaust note that is unique to the Bassani X-pipe. Performance improvements are achieve by using high-flow catalytic converters and Bassani's smooth X-crossover. The Bassani X-pipe retains some of the deep rumble of the factory H-pipe but adds a higher-pitch element that is best described as exotic!
