How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping if I'm not located in the lower 48 contiguous US States?
  Shipping charges for orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be emailed a shipping quote within 24 hours from the time the order was submitted.  You will be quoted the shipping via USPS Priority Mail or any other shipping method at the sole discretion of Ninosport.  If you prefer a specific shipping company please reply from the shipping quote and provide your full "ship to" address so that we can send you a quote.  You can also call us at 1-866-646-6776 and a representative can also quote shipping cost over the phone.  Thank you!
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
When will my order ship?
  Ninosport prides itself on the fast shipping we provide for our customers. We strive to ship all in stock orders within 1-2 days form the time the order was placed, however, some orders may be delayed due to shipping time constraints, adverse weather, carrier delays, and back-orders. If the item(s) you ordered where not in stock at the time you placed your order you will receive an email informing you of the back-order status and giving you options to either keep the item back-ordered, cancel the item that is back-ordered, or cancel the order altogether.

If you do not receive tracking information with 24-48 hours please call customer service for an order update. Ninosport is not responsible for any cost associated with rescheduling/cancellation of shop appointments due to delays in delivery. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
