Product Returns
What is your return policy?

Product Returns for Refund (20% restocking fee)
Eligible products (see requirements below) may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customer must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Ninosport customer service (toll free 1-866-646-6776) and pay the return shipping. It is strongly recommended that all packages be insured as shipping damage claims on returned products is the responsibility of the customer. Products returned for a refund are charged a 20% restocking fee. Refunds may take 5-10 working days to be processed and will refunded in the original payment form.

Product Returns for Store Credit (10% restocking fee)

Eligible products (see requirements below) may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customer must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Ninosport customer service (toll free 1-866-646-6776) and pay the return shipping. It is strongly recommended that all packages be insured as shipping damage claims on returned products is the responsibility of the customer. Products returned for store credit are charged a 10% restocking fee. Store credits may take 5-10 working days to be processed and will be issued in the form of a Ninosport Gift Certificate, details of which are emailed to the customer.

Requirements for Returned Products
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. All sales are final after 30 days of the original purchase date.

On the following types of products all sales are final after shipment, therefore they are not eligible for refunds or store credit:
  • Brake Upgrade Kits
  • Performance Packages
  • Supercharger Kits
  • Suspension Packages
  • Electrical Products
  • Wheels & Tires
  • Take-Off Products
  • Special Order Products
  • Clearance Items
All other product types are eligible for refunds or store credit as long as they meet all of the following conditions without exception:
  • Products must be returned in brand new, unused, and unaltered condition
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging with all original contents
  • Products must be returned with a RMA number clearly displayed on the shipping label
Items received without a RMA number will be refused, resulting in the product being returned to the sender. Ninosport reserves the right to make the final decision as to the condition of any returned product. If a returned product does not meet these conditions, additional charges beyond the restocking fee may be charged in order to bring the product back to new and resellable condition.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products Received
All damaged, defective or wrong products recieved claims must be reported within 10 working days of receiving the product. Please call Ninosport customer service (toll free 1-866-646-6776) to report the claim. After 10 working days, claims of damaged, defective or wrong products received will not be honored.

Damaged, defective, or wrong products (or individual parts of the product) will be replaced at no expense to the customer. Replacements will be shipped to the customer after the original damaged, defective or wrong product is returned and the claim is confirmed. Replacements will be shipped to the customer using the same shipping method that was used on the original order. If a shipping upgrade is requested, it will be paid by the customer.

In some cases, the customer may receive a brand new product with slight blemishes that may occur during shipping and handling of the product. If these slight blemishes do not adversely affect the functionality of the part and/or are not openly visible once the product is installed, Ninosport reserves the right to refuse claims of the product being damaged or defective. In these cases, if the customer so desires, the product may be returned for a refund or store credit and restocking fees will be charged.

International Return Policy Procedures
Call Ninosport customer service (1-832-397-6919) to speak with one of our representatives. International order return/exchange/damage claims are handled on an individual basis due to the nature of international orders.
